Friends + Family Only (ffo) is a personal 8x10” zine project I did over the summer to expand my experience in compositional layout, photography, and design. The idea originated because many personal projects came to mind right before summer started such as the Y2K photo due. My solution to compile all these summer projects was to create a zine. Friends + Family Only is a 48-page zine that is structured into 3 acts: Recovery, Discovery, and Design. The zine includes personal photos, designs and photos created in Mexico City, a Y2K photoshoot, Blender design, and other designs created during the summer. The final result is unified print zine that allowed me to grow my expertise in design and experiment with no risk of failure.
